The Generic Splicing Shelf (FIST-GSS2) is a unique fiber management system that fits in a standard rack (19" or metric).

 

When used with a FIST patching shelf, the product can be tailored to almost any required configuration.

The FIST-GSS2 accommodates most cable types and offers the possibility to splice a cable to another cable or to pigtails. The UMS (Universal Mounting System) profiles provide the foundation for mounting combinations of SOSA2 and/or FSASA2 modules.
